Want to expand but can’t afford land prices?

Hello everyone, we’re on the hunt for farmer partners that would be interested in the following opportunity:  The model is as follows: we buy the land, set aside a % for native forest or rewilding, lease the rest to the partner at a nominal amount with an agreed farm plan, that gives the farmer plenty of leeway to try out what works for them.  This would suit someone looking to expand, with adjacent land for sale, but the purchase price is too high.  More than happy to explain in a lot more detail if interested.
