My name is Leidiane, and I’m a doctoral student at Airfield Estate and Maynooth University. I’m currently inviting farmers to take part in a short discussion to share their valuable knowledge and experience about using technology and sharing their agricultural data.
These discussions can be online, and it will help deepen my understanding of key issues facing farmers today and could contribute to better-informed agricultural support and in the future.
If you are a farmer in Ireland using technology, such as sensors for animal behaviour monitoring, smart collars for livestock, drones, digital field records (like tractors, along pre-set paths using GPS) or any other automated technology to optimise farmers' work (also known as smart farming/precision agriculture) and would be open to a short discussion please contact me at [email protected] and I will share further details with you.
