Organic FYM (and someone to spread it!)

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a source of organic FYM, and someone who might be able to spread it, for 45 acres in west Wicklow. We've just started out, and don't have much in the way of equipment! I'm also not sure how to source FYM, if you don't have your own, or know someone who does! Any recommendations welcome, thank you.
