Biomass - Willow/Eucalyptus

Hi there, wondering if anyone has had success with growing biomass crops on a couple of hectares. Thinking of profitable and sustainable ways of using a piece of land on a small holding and think this could be a good use of it. Is there a good market in Ireland for willow/eucalyptus biomass? Is it profitable? Can it be grown and managed organically? I understand it doesn't qualify for forestry grants currently. Are there any other incentives? Any advice welcome.
