6 week Regenerative Agriculture Course with Síola Chroí

April 13 All day

Facilitator Panel – 6 week Regenerative Agriculture Course

Síolta Chroí have developed a 6-week Introduction to Regenerative Agriculture course. Over the past number of years the programme has been highly successful, bringing more farmers into the conversation around regenerative agriculture and supporting the transition towards more resilient farming systems.

Building on this success, Síolta Chroí now aims to deliver the course in locations across Ireland.

To support this expansion, we are creating a panel of facilitators who will be available to deliver the programme in different regions.

About the Course

The 6-week course explores key topics including:

  • What is Regenerative Agriculture
  • Soil Health & Biology
  • Water Management
  • Agroforestry
  • Direct Selling & Farm Viability
  • Integration into Farm Goal Setting & Holistic Management

The course is delivered using non-formal education methodologies, with a strong emphasis on dialogue, peer learning, and farmer experience. (Training in these facilitation methods will be provided to selected candidates).

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have knowledge and experience in regenerative agriculture
  • Are comfortable facilitating group learning and discussions
  • Who are good clear communicators
  • Have experience working with farmers or rural communities
  • Are interested and passionate in supporting the spread of regenerative practices across Ireland

Panel Information

Successful applicants will be placed on a facilitator panel from which facilitators will be selected as courses are scheduled in different regions.

Please note that placement on the panel does not guarantee work, but provides the opportunity to be considered for facilitation as programmes are organised.

Deadline for applications 13th April 2026
